Who is responsible for your data?
The EVOLVE2CARE consortium is the data controller responsible for the secure management of the data collected through this registration form. Data will be processed in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, Regulation (EU) 2016/679) and applicable national data protection legislation.

What data do we collect?
Mandatory: first name, last name, email address.
Optional: country, organization, job title.
Why and how will your data be used?
This form is conducted by the EVOLVE2CARE project in the context of the organization of the EVOLVE2CARE online final event.
The purpose of data collection is to:
- Communicate with participants information about their participation in the project’s final event,
- Analyse overall participation in the event to understand the geographic distribution of participants and their domain of expertise.
Data will be used for analysis and will be reported in EVOLVE2CARE deliverables to the European Commission.
Any public reporting or dissemination will rely exclusively on aggregated and anonymised data, ensuring that individual participants or organizations are not identifiable unless specific separate consent is provided.
Information may be used to support dialogue and reporting towards the European Commission, strictly within the scope of policy, monitoring, or evidence-building activities related to Horizon Europe.
Who will have access to your data?
Access to the full, non-anonymised dataset will be strictly limited to authorised EVOLVE2CARE partners and collaborators directly involved in the event, on a need-to-know basis and in line with the principle of limitation of access.
No data will be shared with third parties for commercial purposes.
Registration is collected via Zoom, which may process or store data on servers located outside the European Economic Area (EEA). Where this occurs, such transfers are carried out under appropriate safeguards, including Standard Contractual Clauses, in accordance with Zoom’s Data Processing Addendum.
How is your privacy protected?
Personal data is processed only where necessary and limited to what is strictly required for the purposes of this registration. Appropriate technical and organisational safeguards are in place to ensure data security.
How long is your data kept?
Your data will be retained for 1 year after the end of the EVOLVE2CARE project, after which it will be securely deleted, unless a longer retention period is required to comply with legal, audit, or reporting obligations towards the European Commission.
Your rights
You have the right to:
- Access, rectify, or erase your personal data;
- Restrict or object to the processing of your data;
- Withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing prior to withdrawal;
- Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in Greece, the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (HDPA), www.dpa.gr — if you believe your data protection rights have been infringed.
